Undergrad Research Assistant, Queen’s University

- Conducting research on the transverse field Ising model under the supervision of Dr. Ivan Iorsh.

- Attending weekly meetings with Dr. Iorsh to discuss my research and explore ideas.

- Working on a problem that has not been solved with a plan to publish a paper.

Research Assistant, SNOLAB, Sudbury

- Worked as part of the nEXO collaboration and designed a cooling system from scratch for our photomultiplier tube (PMT) testing setup, and improved PMT data analysis scripts.

- Connected with manufacturers and various experts within SNOLAB to ensure the project was in accordance with relevant requirements and standards.

- Documented my work by writing a report and giving a presentation at the end of my term.

Content Developer, Maplesoft, Waterloo

- Developed 30+ math and physics documents for Maple Learn and a blog to engage and attract new users.

- Worked to attract clients from France by developing content and secured 450 student licenses.

Student Athlete Academic Mentor, Queen’s University

- Ease first year student athletes transition to post-secondary education by providing academic tutoring, and advice based on my personal experience.

- Check in 1 on 1 with my group of first year student athletes weekly to ensure they are doing well academically and in general.

- Selected to a design team of Canada’s largest Artificial intelligence student run organization for high achieving talent in tech as a developer.

- Used Python, PyTorch and NumPy to enhance poorly drawn sketches by employing generative models for vectorized sketch generation. Used GitHub to stay organized.
